Sub-Divide
Every day is exactly the same, we close our eyes and wish we were asleep, we open them, the lie repeats itself, this day will never end. I am a genderless, degrading dummy, broken in half, tied to a mattress. The streets are soaked and bleeding colour and light, of all the red, amber and green bee’s buzzing around us, the sound of outdoors and the slight hum of electricity, there's a disco in the sky tonight and everyone hides, ripples explode like fireworks of colour and petals fall. I lay here in my room and I feel alone. I feel so far away. I feel, so distant sat here. For a moment, I feel something drained from me, something is wrong, where have all my friends gone, the non-believers, deniers, the whore that stays at home, a useless whore, there’s a disco in the sky tonight and everybody hides, there’s fireworks dancing in the skies tonight and the whore sits at home, the deniers pretend to be asleep and the non-believers pretend to be awake. I think of the past, in my own little dream world i’ve spent dreaming away, the world slowly fell apart and I didn’t know what to do, my parents wern’t ever living, it was no surprise, wern’t ever around to guide me, life really began to fall apart then. Inside I broke and I snapped. Something tried to end my life and to my surprise I died, I found the end, my dream begun, I was forced in my own little living breathing dream. Heavy pulsing noise, low rumbling, tinny echo, heavy slurred breathing, tin foil, noise and feedback, distortion. The fireworks send ripples of colour like vomit spat through my window all over my walls, the stinking aftermath of a uninvited drunk gathering, congratulating me on all my flaws, eating all my food, blocking my toilet and painting my walls with their poison. The fireworks bleed the colours of wonder and beauty and everything that makes the subhuman race sick and poisonous, but nobody is celebrating tonight. We’re all pretending to be asleep, awake or whores. The streets are defecated with colour, sloppy and mushy like a friday night liver, can’t take it any more, mutilates itself and the subhuman defecates a bloody mess dividing the streets into islands of puke, piss and poison.
I've never resumed working on this text, it seems to have immortalized itself as just 'Draft 1 - Sub-Divide', I think some day when I have the time or energy I shall continue working on this, which is mainly a text made up of other things I have written, rearranged to create a new narrative. Although I really love some of the lines from this piece of text, especially:
I am a genderless, degrading dummy, broken in half, tied to a mattress.
The original piece of paper I had written that on, I left stuck to my empty old room before I moved out of my previous supported housing room. Most of the text shows obvious signs of me feeling detached from society.
