This is LATE but I just had to draw my (and everyone's, it seems) favorite scene from @lemonadesoda's fic "Times End", part of the "And I Don't Think You Hate This as Much as You Wish You Did" Series which if you have even a passing interest in @doodledrawsthings OTH!AU you need to read like... yesterday.

As a Bonus though--

A Contrast in Gratitude - Part 2 of 2

Hundreds of years later, the contrast is crystal clear...

The girls always get invited to the "Time Ball" - a large party to celebrate the legacy of the TIME CO. They never go, mostly because they assume that it'll be dreadfully boring like most TIME CO functions

But then Snatcher says "okay but like, cool outfits" and they RSVP for 4 people.

Its the most fun all of them have had in years.

As a plus, Snatcher got to assert his regal energy >:3c

Snatcher has gained a much more useful fashion assistant! And Jose has actual, functional fingers.

The fashion AU has gotten a little more fun. Be ready for so much more sass

Okay! Fashion Snatcher AU post!

Its basically “What if Snatcher but also a fashion designer”

Notes:

- The story goes the same way, up until the Death Wishes

- Then the scene from “A Contrast in Gratitude” happens, and the relationship between Snatcher and Hat Kid has changed fundamentally

- He meets Bow, and the girls end up as his very excited models

- Jose is his consistent helper - there’s a little bonus thing with him I’ll draw eventually but its fun

- Snatcher doesn’t realize it but his love language is 110% gift giving

- At some point the girls want to thank him and find him an old fashioned sewing machine ... he kinda freaks out a little and Jose teases him about it endlessly

- 99% Fluff 1% Very mild angst

- Also Like, what if Prince Neth’s kingdom was Russian inspired and he designs winter dresses for the girls that look a lot like princess dresses from Russian royalty in the late 19th and early 20th century why yes I am a nerd why are you asking and funny enough no this wasn’t inspired by Anastasia though now I have a new idea for a new AU I need to add to the list

Here is my boy~! 

Fun Facts: 

- The apprentice to the Royal Tailor

- Had an “accident” as a child, which kind of messed up the nerves in his right arm causing a myriad of issues

- Wears a leather brace of sorts on the arm to protect it from the many sharp objects used when making clothes

- Has a strong preference for greens and reds in things he designs. 

- Befriends Vanessa before the Prince arrives, and is friendly with him as well (Didn’t really get to know the guy very well before all the shit went down) 

- Was one of the first in the castle to be frozen to death - “lived” as a dweller for some time (design forthcoming) before getting a body

- As a subconite, his right arm has a tendency to just.... fall off, no matter how securely Snatcher stitches it on. honestly over the centuries its become more of a funny gag than an annoyance.
