I have a new blog now! I created it earlier today, so I still have no posts. I’m sorry that I completely abandoned this blog after saying that I was going to post more.

Huh, I may have misophonia, alongside bpd too. When I hear certain sounds like doors slamming, loud steps, and some kinds of laughing, coughing, or sneezing I become really anxious and sometimes extremely angry. I had never thought about it being connected to bpd, but it could probably explain the intensity of my reaction at least.

I honestly didn’t realize I had misophonia until about a year ago? Like certain sounds can give me intense anxiety. I mean, there are some sounds every hates, like nails on a chalkboard. But other sounds which are considered normal to other people? They may as well all be nails on a chalkboard for me haha.

I hate the sounds of doors slamming, loud steps, coughing, snoring, any kind of buzzing, and moans. I also hate the sound of slapping or spanking, and I hate any kind of scraping noise. Oh, and anything to do with rubber. Latex is fine, but rubber sounds really freak me out honestly.

It looks like a lot of people with BPD can relate, looking at the notes on the previous post.
