Guess I'll christen this blog
Since Subetaspeaks died, guess we’ll all learn to come here with our praises and grievances. So here’s my first grievance:
Staff needs to get their act together on Subeta. I don’t know what’s happened in the last year, but I’ve seen many users complain about how tickets are taking too long to be resolved; staff ain’t telling us what’s going on when things are breaking; the teahouse is obviously a joke at this point and as expected, the focus on pets was short-lived of course; and staff just feel overly snarky and coy whenever they do interact with us. And obviously now issues with the recent server update causing sitewide problems that it’s delayed a few things for fireside (Effigy opponent, Black Friday CS sale).
I’m very disappointed, and expect better from them. (also new blog owner, be sure to add the following tags: users, staff, news; I only remember those three atm sorry!)
