Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to change your course of study before enrolling and if you have ever seen it happen before?

Hi, yes it can happen, but it is still pretty rare and higly dependent on the subject. It is more likely to switch after starting or even after a year or two. Your college should be answer any questions you have if you are strongly considering this.
