Pat’s Sublime Perfection Blurring Under-Eye Setting Powder comes highly recommended, but I will admit that I was skeptical. It’s rare that I can find a powder that works on my under eyes. Even my all time favourite powders don’t work on my under eyes. They always end up looking dry, cakey, extremely unsightly! This powder is an exception! It looks so good on the under eyes, Its virtually undetectable, and it does smooth and brighten. A little goes a long way, but if you dip your brush in too hard the powder will kick up. I use a brush and I have also used a wet sponge and both ways works great! I picked up the shade light, which is more translucent. I highly recommend the splurge!!! She’s definitely worth it!!
