i'd much prefer it (as bad as it sounds) if he were like, injured or something, instead of being "tainted" somehow

Ollie really dislikes cleaning. Despises it really. So, to avoid doing spring cleaning, he puts things back in their place once he's done using them. He also throws away his trash immediately and washes his dishes right after (and only his dishes). He won't wash any one else's dishes and he will force the others to pick up after themselves. 

He really hates cleaning.
