i don’t even think you need that much. I think it can be simpler. The first example is what I’m basing them off of, and skinner said he’d proofread if the team lead sends it to him first.

i mean, i'm having the guys just write three basic-ish goals for it. so for the programming engineering, you'd probs just write "write program to pick up botguy" and stuff like that i guess. I hope I helped?
So for create, there'd be 3 goals with at least 2 descriptions? Like
Create robot programming
Goal 1: Move or something
Move like this first
Then over here
Go back
Yeah
Goal 2: Pick up idk
Lower arm
Firmly grasp it
Up
Goal 3: Sorting hat what
Camera does how
What thing, how move
Look, colors, they separate
Goal 4: Push it somewhere else
Lift arm
Move and dump it
Push other thing
Goal 5: Just shove them all off
Cubes, what do
Over there?
Sort again how
Is this okay? There'd be deadlines for each goal, and for the whole "Program Create" thing, but what about the descriptions? And can you have more than 3 goals?
