Sketch dump to justify my existence
Tonight, I'm nocturnal again
Some on-set pics of pieces I prepainted for a shoot. Wish I could have been there to apply, but at least my paint jobs were there to represent me. Skull sculpt by Devin McDonagh, cyclops by JD.
I was just thinking back to what I guess I can call my first date. It was the 5th grade. We lived pretty close so we would end up going to the same playground pretty often. She lived right next to it, so naturally she was always there. She taught me how to climb this tree in the middle of the playground and showed me all the best spots to perch myself. Later, I put my jacket on the grass under the tree for us to lay down and talk. I said “I like you,” and she said “I like you too.” It was all so magical; all so perfect. I asked my mom for some money, and we went down the block for hamburgers and some ice cream at this place on the corner. Looking back now, I think it was probably the best day of my life.
Anyways, we graduated from elementary school, summer went by, and we ended up at the same middle school. My feelings intensified, but hers faded (for reasons that weren’t revealed to me until last year). We didn’t talk much after that, and I can probably say my life has only gone downhill from that moment on.
To this day, I find that I’m always attracted to girls that resemble her in some way. And every time I walk by the park, I look up at her house and wonder if she’ll ever be there looking back at me.
Should've been sleeping. Plotting potential sculpt
