this is IMPOSSIBLE to answer. I don’t even think I can say lost boys because I really consider it to be more of a romantic comedy. Can I say the haunting of hill house?? It’s not a movie but it is a self contained story, so we’ll count it. It STILL gives me chills and also always makes me cry. 

🧹 - Have you ever made your own costume?

well it depends on what you mean by “made”. I was ace pilot snoopy one year that was haphazardly assembled and I’m not sure translated well. Not all of my costumes have been from a bag, but I will say i didn’t make any of them by hand. One day!

24. Best guest star?

Hmm... I could answer this one of two ways--a “special guest star” who has a recurring role, or a one-time guest star. I have answers for both, so I’m going to answer both.

Recurring guest star: Louise Fletcher as Kai Winn. She’s the character you love to hate. Watching through DS9, whenever I saw her name in the opening credits, I would say, “Ooooooooh” out loud to myself. Every time she calls Kira “child” I want to punch her in the face. 

One-time guest star: David Warner as Gul Madred in “Chain of Command, Parts 1 & 2.” The dynamic between Warner and Patrick Stewart is just next level throughout.

6. Your least favourite episode?

Ooooh, this one is tricky. Even a lot of the “bad” episodes are still fun to watch (”Move Along Home” and “Sub Rosa” fall into this category for me). I also haven’t watched any of Enterprise, which is often considered to be the worst of the modern Treks. 

I pulled up a list of worst Trek episodes to see if there were any on there I would agree with, and I’m going to have to say “Profit and Lace,” where Quark dresses like a woman after his mother falls ill to convince an investor that women should be considered valid customers and businesspeople on Ferenginar. It fails at being funny (especially when the main joke is “look, it’s a man in a dress!”), and it’s offensive in so many ways. I don’t think I’ll ever watch that episode again.

11. Favourite Star Trek movie?

“Admiral. There be whales here!”

Literally every time I go to the Monterey Bay Aquarium (where they filmed a lot of the Cetacean Institute footage), I take a picture and send it to my brother with a different quote from this movie. That’s how much this movie is a part of me.

25. Favourite Jeffrey Combs character?

Weyoun! His physical acting in that role is so good, and I love that he gets to showcase different aspects of the character when he plays multiple cloned versions.

(Honorable Mention to the cop he played in “Far Beyond the Stars.” He and Marc Alaimo were sooooo unsettling in those roles.)
