Based on the latest art you've posted- Does Spooky Moon regularly tickle attack his Sweetheart? If so, does he start it or wait for Sweetheart to start it?

I totally didn't imagine him planting his feet in a wide stance and wiggling his fingers around while following Sweetheart with his eyes only with a playful look before promptly chasing them! That's totally not how I imagined this at all! Nope not at all!
