Sugar No!
No Sugar Lifestyle
Going on a no sugar diet indefinitely. Starting today. June 24, 2025. No added sugars. Natural sugars in natural food such as fruits are OK. Will choose fruits with less sugar, for example grapes have a lot of sugar, but I usually don't eat fresh grapes, yet occasionally eat raisins in my trail mix, so will buy mixed nuts and dried fruits with no raisins or just decrease raisin intake.
Will eat mostly vegetable meals.
No gluten as well, no processed food, no alcohol, no drugs, no smoking. Decrease in glucose food, for example, not much pasta. Only filtered or boiled or bottled water, which are the only water I drink anyway. Decrease in caffeine.
This is to start.
A lot going on in my life, well around me, and yet not a lot going on, meaning trying to get it together, move forward, but at a stand still for some time, yet will keep my hope.
Will share what I can. I've wanted to share more of my life, health, what's going on, make progress on my business, but life happens. I will carry on, do what I can, share what I can.

P.S.:
I will still collect sweets pics and post some, just won't intake sweets, for a long while...more on preparing for my elder years and continuation of refining my (new) lifestyle in future.
