MUA tip- try laying down a short line of Too Faced's Liquif-eye's liquid liner, (it is a clear liquid that turns ANY powder shadow into a liquid liner, or, can be placed directly onto the skin onto the area a brightly-colored pigment is going to go, to give you the smoothest, brightest, longest-lasting results!) UNDER the color you are about to apply. it is one of our favorite, most innovative products to use!! you will never NOT have the color liner you need in your kit :)
