I am so used to seeing some good romantic chemistry between characters on screen with the expectation that if I want anything to come of it I will have to go to fanfiction. It has really been tripping me up that I don’t need to find written words or fanart to see them kiss, to see them pine for each other, and be heartbroken over distance - both physical and emotional - between them.
