So many people asked for that link to Spanish version of Undertale:
Full disclosure, the game is actually in English but this lady translates everything like... so off the cuff I’m jealous. Also there are voices. And she uses European Spanish so just be aware.
Here’s the playlist to the entire Pacifist route for people interested in seeing the entire thing and getting right up in it.
Here is the full 'Starrcade in Tokyo Dome' pay-per-view, which aired via tape delay in North America as 'WCW/New Japan Supershow'. Some of the matches in this video were cut out of the North American airing, such as Big Van Vader and Bam Bam Bigelow vs Doom.
If you are like me and eat, shit and sleep pro wrestling and have a few hours then I highly suggest you check this .pay-per-view out. This isn't "sports entertainment", THIS IS PRO WRESTLING!
this video is awesome.

John Gruber - Auteur Theory of Design - Macworld Pulse
Some summaries/synopsis'/reflections on this talk
Its usually said that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. But sometimes, in design, the opposite is true. This can (and for the purposes of this video and reflection) be due to decisions made in a chain-of-command, where creative/directional differences occur.
In film (an obviously collaborative enterprise), decisions made by 'higher-ups' can change a film to something completely different to what the Director (the one usually credited as the main 'artist' behind the film). The person who has that final say and control, is said to have 'Final Cut'.
Auteur is french for Author. In English, it is applied as 'an artist whose style and practice are distinctive'. This gives rise to terms such as Hitchcockian, Tarantino-esque. These people have ownership over their work, they have 'Final Cut'. The end product, is what the main artist, despite not having done most of the production work (usually), intended it to be. This is where Auteur Theory comes in and can be described (as in the video) as
The quality of any collaborative creative endeavor tends to approach the level of taste of whoever is in charge/ has final cut
The end vibe I got from this video was that, its important, when involving yourself in creative work, to take ownership of your work. If you are in a position of authority, or high-decision making, while taking input from others is important in collaborative efforts its best for your own creative interests to demand the final say, the final cut, to be an Auteur.
FINAL SAY
While i do agree with taking ownership, i also believe collaborations are about exactly that, collaborating, meaning the respect and inclusion or all inputs. It's a two way street. I believe modern succesful projects rely more on an equity between contributors than a chain of command. Not to say the chain is not necassary, just that its important to keep in mind, the context and application of authority, autership. Auteur Theory could possibly apply to more than just one individual, but a group.
This should be mandatory viewing for all nurses and healthcare professionals. I came to nursing to secure my future. But I realize that if I choose nursing as my vocation, not just my career, I need to practice compassion with everyone in my environment. That means my friends, family, boyfriend, people I pass on the street, subway riders, coworkers, personal training clients, the Fresh Direct guy who delivered my precious groceries this morning...everyone. When I was in the customer service industry I was taught that the most important customer is the one right in front of you. If I apply this to nursing then everyone is a patient or potential patient, and as such is vulnerable and in need of compassion. Compassion is essential to alleviating suffering. When this becomes second nature to me, then I will have truly earned the title of "Nurse."
We know that an object that is not consciously noticed at the time of a first visit can, by its absence during subsequent visits, provoke an indefinable impression: as a result of this sighting backward in time, the absence of the object becomes a presence one can feel.
