Your health is a funny thing. It’s very easy to take it for granted. Or get complacent when things are going well. a very obvious lesson in life, just take care of yourself before worrying about others. It is something I have not done very well in my life. I am learning there’s a cost for not bring attention to the warning signs. That goes for physical health, mental health , and spiritual health.
