This is something that I’ve been working on a for minute. Taking the time of out the day to focus on you isn’t a crime. Make a habit out of spending time on yourself. This is #1 in a series of ‘challenges’ that I’ve made in an effort to encourage young women to pamper themselves more.
This challenge in particular asks users to complete the tasks first thing in the morning because mornings are usually hectic for many people. You have to get ready for work, school, and sometimes you’re running late. Her Glam Glow Up believes that mornings are good determiners for how the rest of your day is going to pan out.
Instead of immediately jumping out of bed to run to work, try waking up 1-1.5 hours earlier than usual and take your time getting ready. Drink some water, stretch, plank for strength, and quietly plan out your day in a journal for some time. You shouldn’t start the day off stressed.
