Camille was shivering, her hand holding her forearm as a huge bite as she looked up at him. Of course, it was Klaus, but at that moment she swore she saw someone else. The venom in her blood affected her mind, making her hallucinate. “Sean?” Sweat drenched her forehead and she reached over and touched Klaus’ cheek.

“I’m sorry, I failed you. I should have been there, I could have stopped you. It was my fault,” She shouldered the guilt of her brother’s death before Cami’s eyes widen and shook her head. “No no no, don’t!” Cami panicked as she placed one hand on Klaus’ throat not in a means to hurt Klaus, but as if she was trying to stop something. As she saw the blood pouring from his throat. Tears stained her cheeks before she wavered and fell forward against Klaus.

He had h e a r d of the fight that had occured and his heart had RACED as he sped to where he hoped to find Camille. The mere thought of l o s i n g her to THAT was too much to bear and he would not see it happen. He would find her, he would cure her, and she would be f i n e. She would n o t find her demise today. Not on his watch. He would not stand for it. Lips pursing, he finally caught her scent. Allowed his s e n s e s to lead him the right way. Until he had f o u n d her. Clutching to a wound that f e s t e r e d like a DISEASE eating away at her. And his heart c h u r n e d at the sight of it.

" Camille. " he spoke, breath hitching momentarily. And then the name was whispered. Her b r o t h e r... A man who was no longer among them. Taken by the witches who saw it f i t to punish a man for standing up against the HARVEST.

Nor could you be given blame for what played out... It was an unfortunate chain of events and your family got caught between it... " he softly spoke, pressing a light kiss to her wrist. " I'm here, love... " he uttered, catching her in a quick reflex and holding her close to him.

" I got you, love... I got you. " he promised softly, bringing his wrist up and tearing open the skin before lowering it to her mouth. " Just drink this... You'll feel better afterward. I promise. "
