A SUPPORTIVE BUDDY
This year, I am committed to forming more deeper interpersonal mentorships with individuals in the industry. My experience at YouthBuild Boston has lead me to believe that I am ready to commit to this at a deeper level , and that by doing this, the opportunities I may find can only aid in my professional and personal development.
An Inspirational Mentor
At YouthBuild Boston, Mentors are as wholesome as they come. Every single mentor at this program not only does truly believe in the work that they do, but to me, they represent the best of us. Dedicated, kind, compassionate, understanding, and not to mention, tremendously talented.
After a week of spending time with my mentor Neil, I realize again, how big of an influence mentors can have on your life and the person you become.
A Hopeful Client
The Designery space of YouthBuild Boston is an integrative space. In 2022 the space was reimagined to make it a more functional and efficient. While the project has been put on hold and funding has been redirected to YBB’s other programs based on priority, as a Non-Profit, the clients of YouthBuild, which are the people of this beautiful community, remain ever hopeful for this project to be finished soon in the future.
