Today felt nice!
Although I was seriously tired from all the walking I did, it was nice to be aware of what the corporate world has to offer. Taguig and Makati would have to be the two places in the Metro where I would like to work someday.
I was asked for an interview today but it all turned out to be something unexpected because I took an exam which contains questions like (Give 10 sans serif fonts, 10 serif fonts, recreate the process *insert a super manipulated photo here* and write it down, create your own creative logo of the ff. words and more) I WASN'T EXPECTING SOMETHING LIKE THIS. I was prepared for an interview only and I panicked at first but when the other applicant talked to me, we started laughing because we didn't know that there would be an exam. It took us 2 hours to finish and they gave as an hour and a half lunch break.
I realized how hard it is to find a job and how much harder it would be after graduating and it made me scared. Anyway I still enjoyed because I met a new friend and somehow it always excites me to meet new people especially ones who lives far away from where I am staying. After our lunch break we went to another building for the real interview.
But it still wasn't an interview, it was a practical exam. It was the execution process, we had to make a new logo for their company and the changes in the logos when different seasons come by. They gave us an hour and it wasn't enough. We finished at 3 and told us they would just update us for the results.
Overall, I think it was a productive day. I felt independent and a bit acquainted with the real world. Although I think I won't be accepted because the other 2 applicants really needed an OJT and they are the priority but still it was a good day for me. I realized I really need to start working on a portfolio and that I should always find time to learn new things.
I'm going down to the cape this weekend! Divergents already packed and I'm gonna force my friend to read it!!!! Even if I have to shove sand down her throat, she's gonna read it!! She's gonna read it and she's gonna like it!!! (kidding about the sand part of course...kinda)
Okay guys. Let's be honest. I have fantastic boobs.
Also, I'm going to have to work my ass off tomorrow because so much to do so little time. Who gives a shit it's nearly Memorial Day.
so, on saturday... i'm going to wonderland with some pretty awesome people. honestly, that's exactly what i need after a long ass school year. it's been so tough and saddening. i just need to blow off some steam, and i could not have picked better people to do so with. this summer, i'm gonna choose to be around people who make me happy and do things that make me happy. everything else can just go to hell. as usual, never gonna give a fuck. kkk, i should get back to history........
