If you're gonna have a theme, commit to it, dammit! This 2021 home in Kissimmee, FL is used as a summer home, and they must also rent it out, b/c there are a lot of beds. 9bds, 5ba, $919k + $542mo. HOA fee.

They had a professional artist do all the painting.

Without the murals, I think that it would be pretty dull.

This is pretty nice.

Quite a big open kitchen/family room.

Not sure if I like the gray parts. I wonder why they did that.

Here's a game room. I like that they also did the ceilings.

This is cute, I like the seal looking thru the porthole.

The baths are large and this one has a double shower.

The whale in this room looks like it's coming out of the wall.

I don't care for this gray.

The art on the stairs is cartoonish. One wall has pencil drawings.

Upstairs they have a pool area.

This home has 9 bedrooms and they're all huge. This one has giant seahorses.

Here's a mermaid.

Then outside, they have the lanai and covered pool.

There's also a full outdoor kitchen.

There are no neighbors in the back, which is a selling point in the real estate description. 7,405 sq ft lot

What a little gem this 1938 cabin in Packwood, WA is. It has 2bds, 1ba, $399K + $38mo. HOA.

It's very cozy and has a living/dining room combo that opens to the enclosed porch.

A table for 4 fits nicely here and can be pulled away from the wall to seat more.

Walk right into the kitchen.

Nice teal cabinets.

But look at the cool antique stove and sink.

I would imagine that the cutting board would be removed to use the burners b/c there's no other counter space. Apparently, the stove is woodburning. I don't know, the house has electricity, I would probably put in a small elec. stove, but keep that one for looks.

The primary bedroom is cute.

Look at the vintage tub. I've never seen a green one. It's actually in the 2nd bd.

It looks like the bunks are built-ins. There's also an outdoor shower.

And, the rest of the bath is in here.

Beautiful community recreation facility has a pool and 9 hole golf course. It's also located just minutes from Mount Rainier National Park, White Pass Ski Area, Mount. St. Helens & the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. I don't know if I trust Mt. St. Helens, though.

The little cabin has an 8,276 sq ft lot and it looks like the properties aren't on top of one another.
