ooh rah summer's here and I need to write out my plan so I don't fuck up
wake up super early (I'm talking 2-3am)
walk around town and appreciate the stars and cool air
suppress appetite with coffee and/or monsters
get in more work hours, make money, save money
focus on hygiene a lot, ie. keep your room clean, wash your face and shower twice a day, do your laundry
wash the dishes every day and clean the bathrooms once a week
drink a shitton of water every day
eat clean, lots of fruits and vegetables and lean meats, but it's okay to eat a candy bar every day if it keeps you from binging
if you eat a little over your calorie limit, it doesn't have to turn into a binge. stay in control
if you want to eat something but it doesn't fit in your limit, eat it the next day
read books, watch movies, watch TV shows, play video games, play card games, make crafts, draw
take naps and get lots of sleep
get out more, go to the roller rink, the theater, the mall
try to get to sleep at about 5-6pm
