Matt found a gin cocktail recipe for me that uses the Earl Grey simple syrup (EGSS) he made for the NA D&D themed drink we wanted to try. This one (no name) is gin (Plymouth), EGSS and lemon juice. If you use Empress Gin, it’s called a “Lady Bridgerton” - ‘cause of the tea and the purple. Refreshing and delicious.
