Expectations.
I keep thinking “I should join a discord server for my art so I can have art friends and get critiques and stuff!” And then I look at all the discord servers from my other past interests, where I’m inactive, and remember that I get overwhelmed by that many people and the need to visit every day just to keep up with everyone talking constantly
Me: I really need to do this, that, and the other thing but I feel so exhausted and fatigued I just can’t
