Ingredients: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 tablespoon olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 6 cups mixed salad greens. 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced. 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1/4 cup chopped pecans. 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
