Ingredients: 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced. 4 nectarines, halved and pitted. 6 cups mixed salad greens. 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil. 1/4 cup chopped red onion. 1/4 cup chopped walnuts. 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar. 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil. 1 tablespoon honey. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Brush the nectarine halves with olive oil and grill for about 2-3 minutes per side or until grill marks appear. Remove and let cool.
