The end. I enjoyed #summersplits2014 with @kinoyoga @beachyogagirl @cody @shaktiactivewear @christinalee31 , but it's time to take my practice inward again, I'll post in occasion, but not daily. I can’t believe this is the last day of the Summer Splits 2014 yoga challenge. It really flew by.
This restorative posture isn’t as restorative away from the wall but it is lovely to let my hips sink into the floor on each exhale with my legs aloft.
Viparita Karani for Day 30, the last day of the challenge was a nice choice. I’ll have to spend some more time at the wall later when I have a few moments to linger.
