I’m still coughing around a bit and overall not feeling my best, but I couldn’t stay in my apartment anymore.
So I headed out for a nice 10k, enjoying the sun, even if it was pretty humid. The streak is well and alive, yay!
I also did some upper body stuff today, which again reminded me of how weak my upper body is, huehue. Typical runner’s physique?! I really have to work on that and get some muscles from my waist up.
Tomorrow is a long run scheduled, and I am so looking forward to it! Being sick sucked so much, that I really can’t wait for every workout and every run now.
