oh mon dieu..
nyári paradicsom! már elsőre mámorító, de totális ízélmény a végén bontazik ki... mint az igazán jó szex. de lehet h csak túl éhes voltam már.
What better way to kick off my foray into blogging than by sharing this website with you. I came across it by way of twitter. In case you don't know, I'm a bit of a tech nerd, and one of the big names in the tech world is Kevin Rose. So, when he happened to send along a post to his followers promoting his (now) wife's website, I was curious and gave it a look. I'm so thankful I have, because Darya Pino Rose has a wealth of information to share about making positive changes in one's life, especially as it relates to how we approach food and that tarnished word called "dieting". She is very down to earth, and leverages her highly respected academic pedigree (PhD in Neuroscience among other studies) in a way that is meant to share her wisdom and life experiences not from a lofty perch, but someone who has practiced what she writes. You would be remiss if you didn't give this website a long look, and beyond that, her newest book, Foodist.

Habits. Habits habits. Such a big one.
Looking forward to reading the work of this sensible, down-to-earth and lovely lady.
