favorite thing about them: Mahiru is one of the characters that really grew on me. I’m really proud of his character development in the manga recently. He’s remained strong yet kind this entire time. But it’s really sad all these crazy things keep happening that I’m worried about how much more he can take. ;;; Hang in there, Mahi!!! Also after figuring his reason for wanting to help everyone just gets me every time. 😭 I’m really excited to find out what Mahiru really is as well… 

least favorite thing about them: There’s not really anything I particularly dislike about Mahiru… He’s another character who I find myself going “dude no, you’re a little too trusting sometimes.” and I thought he yelled a lot at first lol but other than those little things, there’s not much else I can think of. 

favorite line:Oooh that’s hard– maybe… “That’s why I reach my hand out to people. Because…. it’s the simplest way to stop being alone” a lot of things he said in C3 arc really stuck out to me or made me think. 

brOTP:  Mahiru and Kuro, Mahiru and Sakuya, Mahiru and Misono, Mahiru and (insert one of Mahiru’s many other friends here) Any of Mahiru’s friendships is a good brotp tbh 👌

OTP: SakuMahi ❤💚❤💚, KuroMahiSaku and basically all those combinations in between 😂

nOTP: mMmMM Mahiru is another character that I’ve seen paired with so many other characters now that I just don’t care what people ship jdsjaflkj I can’t keep up. But I don’t like any ships where he’s obviously way too underaged to be in… like with Mikuni or something. 

random headcanon: Not really a headcanon, but are we still not gonna talk about the fact Mahi can breakdance???? WHEN DID HE LEARN THAT– I THINK ABOUT IT A LOT. I bet in high school when he used to help out a lot of other clubs he must’ve been in some dance thing idk man hsjkfsahjh

unpopular opinion: I realized I’ve said this before but I just don’t like how Mahiru is portrayed in ships sometimes. Most of the time I don’t really care or it’s not bad at all, but sometimes he’s treated like he’s the weak, delicate,damsel in distress uke™ that needs to be protected by Kuro and everyone else ALL THE TIME. It’s rare occasions where it’s that ooc, but like… come on… he’s not that weak. If anything he’s doing all the protecting now. Also not really a fan of Mahiru being the only one genderbended in a ship a lot. I’ve just never been a fan of that kind of thing anyways no matter what circumstance/fandom, so it’s just a personal thing. People can do whatever they want if that’s what they like. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
