Well the context is he's the personification of a trash can. Note the outerwear literally looking like garbage bags, the red ties like a bag's drawstrings, the top underneath looking like it's made of packaging and scraps, convenience store logo on the chest like junk food packaging, the boots and shin guards literally looking like those step-opener trash cans with lids, the hat like a thrown-away box of food, even the little mini tied garbage bags on the boots
