I know I said there would be a livestream this Sunday but unfortunately I’m busy this weekend and the Sunday after is Easter 🐣.

So the next Sunday Tea Livestream will be held on April 24th at 3PM ET over on my YouTube Channel.

We’ll be discussing Artemis! I have a lot of my own thoughts and theories about this wild and breathtaking goddess that I really want to share! Discussions around Turning Red will likely also happen bc it influenced some ideas of mine about Artemis so heads up if you haven’t watched it yet! And I’m ABSOLUTELY going to use this as an opportunity to show off the gorgeous Artemis statue @torque-witch made for me! 😉😍

I separated one too many eggs for my pastry cream, and now I have an extra egg yolk. I’m pretty sure this means I’m legally obligated to bake a batch of chocolate chip cookies.

I’m going to attempt a small batch of napoleons with some puff pastry I have leftover in my freezer. I also have three old eclair buns I’m going to defrost and fill with the rest of the pastry cream.

And yesterday I baked my first ever peach pie. It’s going to be a good Sunday tea.

The macarons were quite tasty, and I made a peach cake and marbled banana bread on Sunday. I had purchased a single almond croissant and apricot twist from this little French bakery at the farmers market, so I cut them into bite size pieces to share. All this, some fresh raspberries, and a quickly assembled charcuterie tray made for a really scrumptious Sunday tea yesterday.
