Finally #sundaymiles that felt normal. Been hobbled since my @johnsburgers_3019fst grease fall on 3/9/20 but today I was my old self. Very inspired by @zachbitter world record 100 mile @nordictrack #treadmill run and the coverage too. The final hours with @nkbitter hosting @bertkreischer @courtneydauwalter @yellowrunner @maggatronruns were some of the best @YouTube I have ever watched. I am a #bigboy who has done 19 #ultras of a 100 miles or more and I would love to see @bertkreischer do an ultra but ladies please have him do the #100k at @jamilcoury #javelinejundred #100k is a great distance and @bertkreischer can party some too. The 30 hour cutoff for a #bigboy is super stressful and he should try it at a later date.
