it'd be nice if we could get a bill aimed at combating systematic ableism without the end goal of further exploitation of disabled people. educate people about disabilities, remove accessibility barriers, build a better society without the further exploitation of labour

Yeah, that would be nice.

At least this bill aims to dispel misconceptions and ableism that employers have when it comes to disabled people.

They are, they generally make more sense tbh. In Canada short barreled rifles are not specially regulated the way they are here.
