What does it take to bring a constellation out of hibernation exactly?

I would say there are three situations:

• Desire for genuine connection

• Needing strength/help during a difficult time

• Intense fascination

These things give the constellations the strength to awaken from their dormant state >:D

Some examples:

Irina awakened Centaurus because of an immense desire to connect with the stars and an immense fascination with the bright star of that constellation.

Alex awakened Aquila because he was going through a difficult time in his life, where he saw that the strength of a constellation would help him (and he identified with Aquila - which led to a genuine connection).

Antares always had an intense hyperfocus on scorpions, and as soon as he discovered the constellation Scorpius, the connection was immediate xD

But what abilities do they bestow to their followers?

Hmmmmmm- I would say better understanding of relationships and feelings like on a deeper level. Columba is the smart one of the birds, so he will answer any questions regarding relationships and stuff like that they may have. Maybe a clearer mind?

Their followers are kinda like their childern because Columba can accidentally come off as like a parental figure when giving advice, like he is very calm and has a very soothing voice
