I have a small headcanon that is that Tunner can raise his ears, but he usually doesn't do it because he is too lazy to keep them up or because he is a bit insecure for, well, had 4 ears-

But he always raises them suddenly when he is surprised/excited/angry (he's surprised and happy in the scene :] )
