Ran my best race tonight! 7:22 pace! I gave it my all and puked a little at the end haha! Love that feeling of putting it all out there! What a great way to end the Sunset Through The Trees series! Icing my knee after a great race tonight. Watch didn't start right away so don't know my exact time but the distance was 4.7mi. So obviously this is a little off haha. It was HOT at 102 degrees. But definitely one of my best races. One race left in the series! #sunsetthroughthetrees #motherrunner

Tired legs today. Tried to do sub 8min miles but could only hold that pace for 2.3 miles. Then I crashed but not too hard. Still beat my time for this course from 3 weeks ago by 4 and a half minutes and last weeks pace by a few seconds per mile. Not as big of a leap I wanted but also going to celebrate the progress. #raceday #sunsetthroughthetrees #thisisredding #motherrunner
Hands down my best run so far postpartum! Hilly run with a massive hill at the end where I somehow found my 6th gear and tore it up! These are the days I feel like a champion again! Splits were 8:12, 8:22, 8:25, 8:06, 8:11! #ohhappyday #sunsetthroughthetrees
Well that's pretty good except the last mile. Although the race clock had me a minute faster but my watch said it was only 3.88 miles at the finish so not really sure what that's about. I ran an extra .12 to get it to 4. Way hillier course but faster time than last week! I even had to stop and tie my shoe 🙄😒Overall I'm happy with it. #sunsetthroughthetrees
