Daylight Saving Time began this morning at 2 AM. Did you set your clocks ahead one hour? 🕰 For us Floridians, it may have been the last time we have to do so as our lawmakers voted Tuesday to pass the "Sunshine Protection Act" ☀️ which will have us stay in Daylight Saving Time all year long just as it is in my native island, Puerto Rico. 🇵🇷 Hawaii and most of Arizona are already exempt from the Uniform Time Act of 1966 that set up this system... I had no idea! We now have to wait and see if Florida Gov. Rick Scott approves it. After that, it will literally take an act of Congress so we’ll see.
