Actually quite unwell thinking about the hc that Lomedy refused to be rescued by Wemmbu bc he wants Flame to come get him. Maybe refuse at first, make him work back their friendship a little. There’s no way he wants to really stay there but still needing the assurance that Flame won’t forget this lesson of trust.

This is my hopeful hurt/comfort ass headcanon I really want them to be okay again, and there’s been so many confrontations Flame has experienced between his title and what it means for himself. Honour or not, it’ll destroy him the way it’s destroying God of War, in the way Mane foretold, in the way Itz’s retirement to escape it all. I hope HOPE flame’s arc has a positive trajectory and doesn’t require Lomedy’s rejection in order to fully confront what he’s striving for is damaging. I’m very worried it does, unstable doesn’t like staying happy
