I love this show already
I think I might be a super-sleeper
Super Sleeper
Wanna race? If so you may want to reconsider. You see this is Dru Diesner's 1972 Chevrolet Nova and it's anything but stock. From a looks perspective it's nothing special, in fact most people wouldn't put up $500 for this thing. Look a little deeper though and OH MOMMA! You see under its faded green paint lurks a twin supercharged LS2 that makes 1,160 hp
In quest for the ultimate super sleeper.
So some guy in Chicago thinks that his '72 Nova is the ultimate super sleeper. While yeah it is a good one, I think you can do better. So how 'bout this. Take a Volvo 265, you'd probably need to rebuild the V6, make a couple tweaks, and combo charge it. With forced induction you could probably pump out 700hp at the wheels, which, for a mid-70's station wagon, would be not bad. Boy would that turn some heads. Nobody suspects a station wagon to take off like that.
