I genuinely think I have a superiority complex. To some degree i know that nobody is above or below eachother in terms of status, social standing, or wealth. And this isnt a rant for me to be racist. But somedays I've come to start believing that I am truly better or above others for some reason. I know this thinking is harmful but I generally believe I am better than a majority of people. I think this is a character flaw that comes out whenever im angry at someone and I suddenly start listing all their moral failings as if hiding mine makes me "better" in a way..

And no, morbid obesity is NOT healthy. It is not healthy to struggle to breathe when doing daily tasks. HOWEVER, being slightly overweight isn't going go kill you. The notion that being skinny is healthy isn't correct either. Low bone density, low vitamin concentration and low iron are attributed to being thin as well. However, some people are born bigger, whether it be metabolism or thyroid. The whole thing is that people shouldn't be told what to do with their bodies unless they are at risk of DEATH. An overweight person eating wont kill you.
