1. What is more difficult for you, looking into someones eyes when you are telling someone how you feel, or looking into someones eyes when they are telling you how they feel?

Well I'd say that looking into someone's eyes is far more difficult in this sort of situations. I'm used to hear people's stories, I like hanging out with them. When they tell me something, listening to them is one thing I do, and observing them is another. It includes both looking into their eyes, reading how they mean their words, but also paying attention to their general posture, gestures and so on.

But at the same time I find it difficult to honestly open up and talk about my feelings. I'll just look down if things are difficult for me. Sometimes searching for understanding in one's eyes is too painful.
