Email transcript { Hello Greg I was watching the rather sanitized new Thunderbirds the other day and I remembered your ABC open interview I watched your two completed projects on youtube and I read some of your blog and it seems to me that you are a fan of the grit, realism and attention to detail in the original Gerry Anderson production that even WETA can't seem to get right. I also make some Anderson inspired models digitally out of lego(see images attached) with some small concessions to modernity in the color scheme and holographic instead of analogue controls. I am a electronic media and sculpture student at the university of Tasmania and was wondering if I could have a chance to polish one of your films as an unmarked exercise for my journal and achance to exercise my knowledge about various film editing suites. I reckon I can polish the audio and sound effects a fair bit to give them a bit more of a impact(especially the jets) and I can also make the video quality. If not no biggie, it is just as grand to meet another fan and I have some suggestion of films books and video games that have similar themes to Anderson's workif you want some suggestions.
