I don’t actually know exactly what the “deep state” is. I believe it involves abducted children in tunnels and evil vampire billionaires obsessed with using their blood to stay eternally young. Which was inspired by either a bad episode of Supernatural or the bad movies about Elizabeth Bathory.

The Deep State be stealing all their ideas from b movie horror and/or the CW Network, apparently.
