Capone Bege vs Avalo Pizarro: Both have a devil fruit related to turning into something dangerous and have opposite ways of treating their subordinates.
Scratchman Apoo vs Laffitte: Based on the theory that Laffitte's devil fruit is what let him hypnotize people.
Basil Hawkins vs Catarina Devon: This match-up is mainly because of Basil's mystical motif mixed with Catarina's devil fruit.
Eustass Kidd vs Sanjuan Wolf: Kidd can make mechs the size of Sajun.
Jewelry Bonney vs Basco Shot: Theoretically, Basco's devil fruit might be able to nullify Bonney's devil fruit ability. Plus, they do have similar aliases, "Big Eater" and "Heavy Drinker"
