there's a swirl of mixed emotions running through kiran's head. on one hand, she just accepted both best pop group and album of the year with her new band, but it feels empty. she had just joined mulhalland drive, she had no part in the creating of their album, yet her name is on the list so she did technically win. meanwhile the band she actually was a part of and put her heart and soul into lost in their category. she thought she would be happy if do not disturb lost, as proof that they needed her and that they label was wrong. but it hurts a little to see the band she once loved lose. its a weird feeling to say the least. kiran literally shakes the thoughts away as she shakes her head, putting on a practiced smile as if this was the best night of her life. "please tell me you're going to the after party," she says to the person next to her, cheerfully. "i definitely need to drink and party after all of this."

because they are up for best new artist, honeydew will be taking the stage to perform their recent single, and rumor has it that missy elliott will be joining them again, though no news source has been able to confirm for sure.
