ok but can we talk about the fact that the jabari, realistically, have access to the same technology as the rest of wakanda, and probably utilize it inside of their homes...buut their exterior still looks like wakanda circa 1250? They're obviously nerds
so, according to the lore sent to me by @dwaynewayne from the book she purchased and an interview with Winston, it looks like the only real Vibranium that they use is whatever is left in the land from the meteorite hitting Wakanda and affecting the surrounding flora and fauna. so they’re mostly based in Jabari wood and stone rather than “tech” as we understand it. so here i am with two chunky-ass paragraphs of description and imagery that have nothing to do with the fact that a character is booty-ass naked because i just HAVE to describe the high-ceiling steamroom/bathing room that M’Baku has built into the back of the mountain and the way that he commissioned someone to use intricately designed polished wood, blown glass, and stone for his personal quarters.
