The reply...
"Your writing is good ... Its fine and we need to decide on this quickly ... can you arrange a meeting"

This is going to sound silly, but
I have a problem with people who cannot put two and two together at work. Either I'm a terrible communicator or there's a lack of common sense. Or both. I mean, I don't think I should have to be like "Well, why would we have two of the same citation under the same author? It's not like they published that article twice." Or "ONLY USE THESE DISCIPLINES" does not mean "MAKE UP DISCIPLINES."
