As of this last week we’ve finished up our fundraiser with Chase! After four months of fundraising we succeeded in donat in $4,200 in total from our Support Chase campaign with another $595 raised through his YouCaring. 

And with that, we’re declaring the Support Chase fundraiser officially and successfully closed! But before we wrap up, there’s a few last things to say..

Chase wants you all to know he loves you all, this community who turned out to help him in such a pivotal way. 

Our line of BTLM gear will stay open at least until our next fundraiser, with all funds outside of operational costs to keep the line in stock going into our Black Trans Lives Fund. All moneys in which will go directly to black trans individuals in need, or black trans organizations.

Thank you all, for every donation, every like, every reblog - and all your dedication that has helped us make this campaign such a great success!

Chase is having top surgery tomorrow! Which means we have until the end of October to raise the final $700 he needs to safely take time off of work to heal!

So far in our campaign with @adventurouschase we have raised enough to donate $3,500 to his fundraiser! This is our biggest campaign yet and we can’t thank you all enough for making it possible!

We recently launched our Black Trans Lives Matter fundraiser to help #SupportChase and in the last two months we’ve raised just a little over $2,000 for him! We still have a ways to go to hit that $5,000 mark in order for him to be able to afford surgery and the time off of work that he will have to take.

Chase is a 22 year old trans man who is fundraising for Top Surgery. Between his savings and care credit, he is very close to being able to afford surgery. Being one of the sources of income in his home, however, means he needs to be able to afford being off of work to heal.

Through our Black Trans Lives Matter Fund we seek to show solidarity not only with the Black Lives Matter movement but with black community members who are often not represented or included  in trans and nonbinary spaces.

Our first fundraiser sponsored through our BTLM fund is our ongoing Support Chase campaign. 

Chase is a 22 year old black trans man who has been struggling long and hard the last couple of years with depression and dysphoria. Top surgery is the next step in his journey and the next step towards feeling better in his skin--but he’s going to need the support of the community to reach it. 

We are aiming to raise $5,000 before October 4th to ensure that he can safely undergo surgery and care for his family. As of this last week we have already surpassed $1,000 from our BTLM beanie pre-orders and from our line of BTLM products! 

All BTLM products are dedicated designs, which means all profits aside from those set aside for operational costs to keep the designs in stock are put directly towards black trans or nonbinary individuals.

The BTLM Beanie pre-order is officially over after having raised more than $800, but you can still Support Chase! 

Chase is a 22 year old trans man who is gearing up for top surgery! Right now he has just enough between his savings and Care Credit Card to be within reach of surgery, but is falling short and needs help with the money he’ll require to not work while he recovers. Our goal is to raise $5,000 dollars to help him do that!
