This blog is to post (+ an attempt to keep track of) characters, story updates, Q&As, and more! So feel free to ask questions about our characters and worlds, we'll be EAGER to yap your ear off.

Please note that this blog and these stories are still a work in progress and we may not have all the answers or have everything sorted out yet! It's just the two of us working on these things and we bounce from story to story, character to character a lot!

For those who don't know, therandomact.org has a wonderful new campaign running called Hope for Haiti. It's a beautiful project that will see the Random Acts team return to Haiti to build a community center and a self-sustaining fish farm.

Even if you can't raise funds for this particular project, please raise awareness about us. Misha's right about support drying up when disasters no longer make headlines. They still need help, it doesn't just go away. So many things are happening in the world right now that aren't in the papers any more and believe me, the people there still need help. People are still feeling the effects of the floods in Australia, the people of Christchurch are struggling to make ends meet... and yet very few people are helping any more. Some people don't even remember.

I'm the assistant regional rep for Australia and New Zealand for Random Acts, and, being based in New Zealand, I know what it's like to not have the support of great people like you in my country. No one knows about us here, and no one will if we don't make an effort to GET known. If you're in New Zealand or Australia, or anywhere in the world where Random Acts reach... please, spread the word. An organization like this gets lost in the shadows of others like the Red Cross, and although we may not have the same funding or publicity, we make a difference in people's lives, and that's not something you just forget and shelve away.

We'll keep working, we'll keep going. Help in any way you can, even if it's just to pass the video and link on to people you know in your country, or to reblog it and have it on your page.
